Start-up Visa

To qualify for the Start-up Visa Program, you must meet all 4 eligibility requirements, as well as the admissibility requirements to enter Canada.

Following are the minimum requirements for to be eligible under this sub-class.

• Have a qualifying business   

• Have   a letter of support from a designated Angel Investor group or venture capital fund or business incubator.

• Meet   the language requirements currently CLB 5+ in English or French.

• Have enough money to settle and live in Canada before you make money from your business.
