Temporary Foreign Workers Program

The objective of the Temporary Foreign Workers Program is to assist employers who   have demonstrated need to fill jobs for which there are no qualified   Canadians, implementing process to ensure that Canadian employers make   efforts to hire and train Canadian workers before seeking temporary foreign   workers and also to ensure that foreign workers are genuinely temporary.    

The TFWP program is administered on wage instead of NOC, like other programs.
